Orders & Cancelations
Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. In some cases, shipping can be longer. Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be made to the order or shipping address. If you entered an incorrect address, you would need to contact the carrier. If your order is stolen, you will need to file a police report and contact customer service.
Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible. Your package will arrive via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will have the option to choose your shipping speed and carrier at checkout. Shipping speeds and delivery dates will vary based on your location. If you wish to return an item you no longer want, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. We will refund 100% of the purchase price but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Used or damaged merchandise is not eligible for return. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo, and email it to customer service. If the carrier listed the item as delivered but you did not receive it, please email customer service and a team member will contact you. At this time, we ship only to the 48 contiguous states.
